Location:
The villa is located between two villages - Agia Pelagia and Lygaria. Agia Pelagia is a small coastal village located only 2.3 km away. Organized sandy beach with entertaining water sports and great choice of taverns and cafes. In the center of the village you will find a number of souvenir stores, a supermarket, a pharmacy, an ATM and a cab station. The bay of Agia Pelagia is protected from the north winds, so the sea is almost always calm and safe.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 26 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be retained and if a cancellation is made up to 10 days prior to arrival, 70% will be retained. If a reservation is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
