Villa Kallos is a luxurious, modern natural stone villa with fantastic sea views and a private swimming pool, ideally suited for up to 8 guests.

On the ground floor of the enchanting villa is the spacious and stylish living room, which also offers a magnificent view of the shimmering blue sea. The adjacent modern kitchen offers everything an amateur chef could wish for. On this level there are also two of the four elegant bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), which gives access to the terrace. Also on the ground floor are a spacious bathroom and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two more modern and comfortable bedrooms, each with a balcony and sea view, and a very comfortable bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have an additional sofa bed for a possible further guest.

From the living area you can reach the large pool area in front of it, which, in addition to the special view of the coast and the surrounding Cretan landscape already mentioned, offers various seating and sunbathing areas, as well as an outdoor barbecue. Location:

The beautiful Villa Kallos is located only about 3 km outside the coastal village of Kissamos (Kastelli), where tavernas, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets can be found. Sample exquisite local fresh fish and traditional dishes from Crete's world famous healthy Mediterranean cuisine in one of the tavernas.

The centre of the beautiful port city of Chania, with its charismatic old town and narrow streets, is only about 37 km from the villa.

The port of Kissamos is a stone's throw away from Agios Georgios, from where boat trips can be taken to the pirate island of Gramvousa and the world-famous Balos Lagoon.
Nearby, many of the highlights of West Crete are waiting to be discovered. Not far away is the stunning golden sandy beach of Falasarna (voted one of the five best beaches in Greece) with its turquoise waters and interesting archaeological site.
About 50 minutes drive south of Kissamos is the shell beach of Elafonissi, with white sand dunes - one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe!
The Samaria Gorge, which is 17 kilometres long and the largest or longest in Europe, is also easily accessible from here. Just walk through it!
