In Askianos Villas we combine the special, modern comfort with an aura inherited from a bygone era, which permeates both villas and is rooted in Cretan tradition. The architectural ensemble consists of two individual houses, which nevertheless appear to form a unified whole, while a paved path and natural stone walls serve to separate them.

The purity of the lines, the modern construction with local materials and the attention to detail as well as the handmade terracotta tiles in the kitchens, folding shutters in the bedrooms, vintage electrical appliances and structural furniture interiors of the house are very special. Our famous SEALY mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, Korres toiletries, fully equipped kitchens, state of the art A/C and ceiling fans balance beautifully with the woven rugs and fabrics, arched entryways, wooden shutters, carved stone sinks, stone walls and all other tinkling details to the nostalgic stones.

The spacious and artfully designed house on 375 square meters of land offers peace and luxury. The villa is spread over two floors, with the first floor offering a bedroom with a king-size bed, a beautiful bathroom with a stone sink and shower and a fully equipped kitchen for your culinary experiments. The large French doors in the kitchen open onto a balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can reach the outdoor area, where the villa's dining table and a gas barbecue await you to offer you unforgettable evenings in the garden or relaxing moments on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool. Upstairs there is a second bedroom, also equipped with a king-size bed, a huge window with breathtaking views of the hills and the sea, a living room with a built-in sofa and a smart TV, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. Mosquito nets are provided on the windows.

The garden surrounds the private pool with flowers and herbs and the beguiling scent of the surrounding wild herbs envelops the house. The additional fantastic view of the coast from the large roof terrace with comfortable benches is almost unbelievable...

illa Askianos Luxury 1 is located on the upper edge of the village of Listaros with wonderful views of the Ida Mountains and the shimmering blue sea with the islands of Paximadia in it. There is a famous herb store in the village, which is certainly worth a visit.
The nearest sandy beach (the kilometer-long beach of Kommos) is about 7 km away. Just 2 km from the village is the next larger village of Sivas, where there are tavernas, cafes and mini-markets for daily needs.
