The two modern Calma Villas offer privacy for up to 8 guests each with private terraces and private swimming pool and a central location to explore the unique sights of the north coast but also other areas of Crete.
The minimalist and bright décor in modern design invites you to feel at home. The two villas each offer independently of each other a beautiful living room with large patio doors, which when opened allow the interior to merge with the outdoor area and offer a beautiful view. Two sofa beds are available here for two possible additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is open to the living room and offers the same good views of the village and the coast behind. Each villa has three very comfortable bedrooms with comfortable mattresses (1.80 m x 2.00 m) of high quality and three particularly well-equipped bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. There are even bidets in them. The two bedrooms on the upper floor share a balcony with a view of the sea.
The private pool (21 sqm), accessible via the living room and the furnished terrace, offers rest and relaxation with inviting chill-out areas.
An elevator is available from the parking lot to the ground floor. The ground floor is designed to be barrier-free.
About the location:
Villa Calma is located in the fishing village of Sissi only about 700 meters from the nearest sandy beach, which can be reached on foot. Also the next restaurants and a supermarket are only 400 meters away.
The villa has the licence of the Greek tourism authority with the number 1096019.

Terms of payment
Non-refundable price: The total rental cost is due immediately upon booking.
Refundable price: A deposit is not due to confirm the booking. Payment of the full 100% of the rental cost is due 29 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
