The villa is located high above Paleros Bay, surrounded by olive groves, with the peaceful view of Paleros Bay in close proximity on 309 sqm of land. The stunning color of the Ionian Sea, perfectly complemented by the lush, colorful backdrop of the island of Lefkas, offers a unique experience to remember.

It consists of two parts, the main villa, which consists of the master bedroom, kitchen and living room, and two additional guest bedrooms separated from the villa by a covered outdoor living area.

The master bedroom offers breathtaking views over Paleros Bay, the silence of the Acarnian mountain range and the sparkle of the sea. A large double bed with a Cocomat mattress ensures the best sleep you can experience. You will completely relax from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The master bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with separate toilet, rain shower and stone sink. Built-in wardrobes provide plenty of storage space and a desk is large enough for a laptop and general items.

The living room and kitchen offer perfect views of the outdoor spaces and pool through glass doors that run the length of the room. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The living room offers seating from where you can watch the sunset and dream about the night ahead, read a book or watch the latest movies on the 50″ TV. A teak dining table sits near the glass doors and provides a wonderful backdrop for evening meals.

The outdoor area is very spacious and features a shaded area. Enjoy unique Greek cuisine with a glass of white wine in company at the large outdoor dining table - a memorable and unique al fresco dining experience. An inviting, sparkling pool with skin-friendly salt filtration system  offers cooling off in the midday sun, or alternatively, for the sun worshippers, teak sun loungers surround the pool to achieve that desired vacation tan while reading a good book or sipping an ice-cold beverage.

The two guest bedrooms are located across from the main villa. Both guest rooms feature a king bed with Cocomat mattress, a rain shower, plenty of storage space, and a well-lit alcove with a shelf suitable for laptops. These rooms are connected by an area consisting of a toilet and two stone sinks. Both of them offer a breathtaking view.

The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden planted with oleander and other traditional Greek plants and herbs, giving the ultimate feeling of being in beautiful and traditional Greece.

The villa is located on the outskirts of the small town of Paleros close to the center with restaurants and shopping. The nearest beach is 1700 m away.

Paleros, a picturesque town on the west coast of mainland Greece, is set in a stunning backdrop of beautiful and tranquil views and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
