Kalathos Dream Villas are four skillfully designed houses in Kalathos Village. Each villa offers a beautiful private swimming pool and easy access to Kalathos beach, the longest beach on the island with crystal clear waters. The Kalathos Dream Villas combine traditional Greek design with modern furnishings and amenities. Each villa can accommodate up to 4 people. You are sure to enjoy the island feeling as soon as you arrive.
The Blue Dream Villa has 2 beautiful bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. All bedrooms are tastefully and traditionally furnished and have doors leading outside to the house and swimming pool. There are also 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. It has a modern kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals, as well as a sitting area and open plan cozy living room in shades of blue with a screen TV. Outside there is a lovely private swimming pool with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. The surroundings are very inviting, guests of the villa can breathe in the fresh air of the Greek nature and relax under the Aegean sun. In addition, there is a cozy seating area and barbecue facilities on the terrace.

The location is ideal for exploring the Greek beauty and nature. Kalathos Village is part traditional and part small vacation village that attracts many visitors. Kalathos Village offers one of the longest and cleanest beaches on the island, which guests can reach on foot. Guests will also find everything they need here, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, cafes... You should also visit Lindos, which is only a 10-minute drive from the villas. The Acropolis of Lindos is the most extraordinary archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches, such as the beach of St. Paul. The island's airport is a 50-minute drive away. Last but not least, you should consider visiting the medieval town of Rhodes, which is only 50 minutes away by car.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid on site upon arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 60 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. If a booking is canceled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
