The western VAIS villa with private pool is located just 750 m from the beach. It offers an area of 48 square meters, is divided into three different rooms and can comfortably accommodate up to three people.
The morphology of the building blends in perfectly with the natural surroundings, a balance that is enhanced by the materials used in its construction. The exterior is in perfect harmony with the interior of each villa, without disturbing the landscape.

VAIS Luxury Villas is located just 1 km from Agios Nikolaos and 8 km from Volimes in Zakynthos. It is the northernmost point of the island, which offers a unique and magnificent view. An undeveloped spot, away from the crowds, surrounded by the green of the trees and the blue of the sky and the sea.
Visit the center of Volimes with its picturesque taverns and cafes as well as the port of Agios Nikolaos, which is the starting point for unique excursions.
The famous Navagio beach is a sight not to be missed! Only five nautical miles separate you from an unforgettable diving experience in this enchanting landscape, which consists of caves with dark blue waters waiting to be explored.
Nearby, you can swim at the beaches of “Makris Gialos” and “Xidia”, where the natural sulphur content of the soil has a healing effect.

A deposit of 0% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 100% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
